THOMAS ANGOTTI
Thomas Angotti is an Urban Planner and Associate Professor in the Department of City & Regional Planning at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York.
His most recent book is Metropolis 2000: Planning, Poverty & Politics (Routledge, 1993) and he has written extensively on urban planning and community development in the United States, Latin America and Europe.
He is a Fellow at the American Academy in Rome, Associate Editor for America of Planning Practice and Research, Participating Editor for Latin American Perspectives, and Co Chair of Planners Network.
