This question is always the most difficult --- the question of
tactics from within, or how to disrupt the dominant discourse I would rephrase this question, however --- so that dependency is not
so technologically determined .
Instead the emphasis should be placed
on cultural expression as a tactical procedure --- on controlling
what is being said, shown, filmed and the manner in which it is said,
shown and filmed.
Already we can see a lead here with respect to Latin American
cultural expressions in cinema and literature --- in which informational
devices such as chaos theory, knots, labrythins, simultaneity and
indeterminacy have found critical expression.
